She had been having filler along the jaw for two years and could see that it was making her face heavier without making it sharper. That is the classic sign that the problem is position, not volume — the tissue has slid down the vector and adding material below it only increases the load.

We planned the lift seated and showed her the movement in the mirror before placing anything. Four threads per side, following the vector her own face was falling along, with no filler added on the day.
