Lucent opened in 2019 with one rule that has not changed: nobody leaves with a plan they did not understand. We are a small clinic on purpose. Two clinicians see every patient from the first consultation through the last follow-up, so the person who explains a treatment is the person who performs it. We would rather talk you out of something than sell it to you.
Devices chosen, not collected
We buy few machines and learn them properly. Every device in the clinic earns its place against a treatment we already believe in.
Recovery counted in your calendar
Downtime is planned around your week, not ours. We will tell you the day you can wear makeup again before you book, not after.

The waiting room takes four people at a time, because that is how many patients we see in an hour.
